Briefs Finance is on a mission to help 1.3 billion people be better with money.

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and analytical Personal Brand Manager to help build and scale the personal brand of Jaspreet Singh - host of Minority Mindset and CEO of Briefs Finance.

This isn’t a “just post on Instagram” job.

We’re looking for someone who can own the growth and execution of Jaspreet’s personal brand from content ideation and production to analytics, optimization, and brand expansion.

If you live and breathe social media, understand what makes content click, and know how to turn data into growth, this is your role.

This is NOT an entry level role. You are required to have 3+ years of experience as a personal brand manager.

Please note: this is a full time in office position. Our office is located in the heart of Detroit's business district.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Ideation & Strategy

• Come up with viral, on-brand content ideas across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Develop content strategies that position Jaspreet according to our goals
• Stay ahead of trends in finance, AI, entrepreneurship, and internet marketing, and use them to inspire new content angles.
• Draft content hooks, captions, and post copy that drive engagement and conversions.

2. Content Creation & Execution

• Record content with Jaspreet (you’ll be behind the camera directing and managing shoots).
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and social media managers to ensure all content is posted on time and optimized for each platform.
• Ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality across every piece of content.

3. Analytics & Growth

• Track and analyze views, engagement, followers, and click-through rates.
• Use data to guide future creative direction and improve performance week over week.
• Identify what’s working, and what’s not, across different platforms, then pivot fast.

4. Brand Building & Hospitality

• Manage and grow Jaspreet’s presence across all social channels.
• Be the on-site host for podcast guests, collaborators, and visitors - ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate with the team for events, interviews, and other brand-related appearances.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of AI, finance, and internet marketing trends.
• Expert in social media strategy and analytics (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Skilled in content ideation, storytelling, and direction.
• Familiar with short-form video creation and digital marketing funnels.
• Comfortable on fast-moving sets and high-pressure environments.

How much will I get paid?

We strive to ensure our team members are well compensated. Your salary will depend on your experience. The salary range for this position is listed on this page.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
