**Job Title: Injection Mold Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift) ($21-27/hr.)** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operators to join our team on the 2nd shift and 3rd shifts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. _(1) Opening on 2nd Shift_ _(1) Opening on 3rd Shift_ _Weekly Pay*_ _Apply Today!_ **Responsibilities** + Check with the previous shift to verify production schedule and current process parameters. + Examine the production schedule for mold and/or material changes. + Ensure that current process parameters align with the master monitor, and record any discrepancies. + Complete mold changes in a timely manner. + Verify and maintain job cycle times. + Monitor and control scrap and downtime. + Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of one year of previous injection mold experience. + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to operate injection molding machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ownership of personal hand and power tools is advantageous. + Ability to read blueprints is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a long-term career path with a company that has secured projects through 2027. The 2nd shift operates from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours and weekends as necessary. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift for a minimum of four weeks. Currently, employees are working 5-10 hours of overtime each week, including Saturdays and Sundays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
